Refleksi Spiritual untuk Resiliensi Emosional Sebagai lnovasi Pendekatan Tasawuf di Kalangan Pelajar SMA

Resiliensi emosional merupakan kemampuan penting yang perlu dimiliki oleh pelajar dalam menghadapi tekanan psikologis, konflik sosial, maupun tantangan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas refleksi spiritual berbasis pendekatan tasawuf dalam meningkatkan resiliensi emosional di kalangan pelajar SMA. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed methods) dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design pada 75 siswa kelompok eksperimen dan 75 siswa kelompok kontrol di lima SMA Negeri Kota Bima dengan teknik random sampling. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui skala resiliensi emosional dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired Sample t-Test, sementara data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi terstruktur. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor resiliensi yang signifikan secara statistik antara pretest dan posttest. Temuan kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa siswa menjadi lebih tenang, mampu mengendalikan emosi, serta menunjukkan perilaku spiritual seperti berdzikir, merenung, dan bersikap sabar dalam menghadapi masalah. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan tasawuf melalui refleksi spiritual terbukti efektif dalam membentuk dan meningkatkan resiliensi emosional siswa. Pendekatan ini dapat menjadi strategi alternatif dalam pembinaan karakter dan kesehatan mental di lingkungan pendidikan.
