Implementasi Relaxation Music Therapy (RMT) berbasis AI untuk Mereduksi Stres Akademik Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir

Stres akademik merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan mental yang sering dialami mahasiswa tingkat akhir, terutama karena beban penyusunan skripsi, ketidakpastian karier, serta tuntutan sosial. Kondisi ini dapat memengaruhi kesehatan psikologis maupun fisiologis sehingga memerlukan intervensi yang efektif, personal, dan mudah diakses. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas AI-Driven Relaxation Music Therapy (RMT) dalam menurunkan stres akademik mahasiswa tingkat akhir, sekaligus membandingkannya dengan terapi musik relaksasi konvensional. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi-eksperimen pretest-posttest control group, melibatkan 100 mahasiswa tingkat akhir di wilayah Bima-Dompu yang dibagi secara acak ke dalam kelompok eksperimen (AI-Driven RMT) dan kontrol (musik relaksasi konvensional). Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), Academic Stress Inventory (ASI), serta sensor wearable untuk memantau heart rate (HR) dan heart rate variability (HRV). Intervensi dilakukan selama 14 hari dengan durasi 30 menit per sesi, dan data dikumpulkan pada tahap pretest, posttest, dan follow-up. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen mengalami penurunan signifikan pada skor PSS (-6,04) dan ASI (-18,2), serta perbaikan fisiologis berupa penurunan HR dan peningkatan HRV yang lebih besar dibanding kelompok kontrol. Selain itu, evaluasi menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) memperlihatkan penerimaan pengguna yang sangat positif terhadap aplikasi berbasis AI. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi kecerdasan buatan dalam terapi musik mampu memberikan efek relaksasi yang lebih personal dan efektif, serta berpotensi menjadi alternatif intervensi kesehatan mental yang mudah diakses bagi mahasiswa.
