Pengaruh Pembelajaran Menggunakan Platform “Si Giras Gesit” pada Komunitas Guru Belajar SDN Margorejo I (KGB) Surabaya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penggunaan platform Si Giras Gesit terhadap peningkatan pemahaman materi dan kompetensi guru dalam Komunitas Guru Belajar (KGB) SDN Margorejo I, Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan pretes dan postes, diikuti dengan observasi dan wawancara. Jumlah responden yang terlibat sebanyak 30 guru, dengan rata-rata skor pretes sebesar 65 dan rata-rata skor postes sebesar 85, yang menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 20 poin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan N-Gain. Berdasarkan hasil postes, 90% responden menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dalam penguasaan materi yang diajarkan melalui platform Si Giras Gesit. Selain itu, platform ini juga memfasilitasi kolaborasi antar guru dan memberikan fleksibilitas dalam proses belajar. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala teknis, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan platform Si Giras Gesit berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru, baik secara pedagogik maupun profesional. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong penggunaan teknologi serupa dalam pengembangan profesional guru di masa depan.
