Abstract

Student engagement merupakan hal yang penting dan wajib dimiliki serta ditingkatkan agar mencapai pembelajaran yang efektif pada teknik pembelajaran daring. Student engagement dapat menjadi indikator keberhasilan siswa dan pencapaian hasil akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau secara sistematis upaya meningkatkan student engagement pada pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian ini adalah systematic literature review menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish dengan database google scholar. Pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci “student engagement”, “keterlibatan siswa”, “online learning”, dan “pembelajaran daring” serta tahun 2022-2023. Pada tahap pencarian data awal mendapatkan 200 artikel. Setelah melakukan seleksi sesuai kriteria maka terdapat 14 artikel yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor internal dan eksternal yang dapat meningkatkan student engagement pada pembelajaran daring. Faktor internal adalah efikasi diri, motivasi, growth mindset, kemandirian, minat belajar, dan perceived social support. Selanjutnya, terdapat faktor eksternal yang dikelompokkan menjadi 2 bagian, yaitu dukungan sosial dan faktor tempat belajar (sekolah dan universitas). Faktor dukungan sosial terdiri dari dukungan orang tua, guru, dan teman sebaya. Sedangkan faktor lingkungan terdiri dari media atau metode pembelajaran yang tepat serta fasilitas dan kelompok belajar dari tempat belajar.
