Peran Teknologi Pembelajaran dalam Pengembangan Keterampilan Siswa Abad 21

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang masif di abad ke-21 menuntut pergeseran paradigma pendidikan dari sekadar transfer pengetahuan menuju pengembangan kompetensi tingkat tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji: (1) aspek-aspek keterampilan abad ke-21 yang membutuhkan dukungan teknologi; (2) jenis-jenis teknologi yang diperlukan untuk pengembangan kecakapan digital; dan (3) fungsi teknologi dalam proses pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan mengkaji sumber-sumber ilmiah bereputasi tinggi yang terindeks Scopus, meliputi 10 artikel utama yang dianalisis secara mendalam serta 30 referensi pendukung. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keenam dimensi keterampilan abad ke-21 yaitu literasi digital, berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan pembelajaran mandiri secara substansial memerlukan integrasi teknologi. Jenis teknologi yang paling relevan mencakup sistem manajemen pembelajaran (LMS), kecerdasan buatan (AI), augmented/virtual reality, platform coding, dan gamifikasi. Adapun teknologi menjalankan tiga fungsi utama, yakni sebagai mediator, fasilitator, dan akselerator dalam proses pembelajaran. Temuan ini menegaskan urgensi penerapan kerangka integrasi teknologi berbasis bukti di institusi pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengkaji secara empiris efektivitas integrasi teknologi dalam pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21 dengan mempertimbangkan kesiapan guru, peserta didik, dan institusi pendidikan di konteks Indonesia.
