Peran Kesadaran terhadap Artificial Intelligence, Persepsi terhadap Artificial Intelligence, dan Motivasi Belajar dalam Meningkatkan Praktik Pembelajaran Inovatif Guru

Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah mengubah berbagai aspek penyelenggaraan pembelajaran dan mendorong guru untuk semakin siap mengintegrasikan teknologi tersebut secara tepat dalam proses pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh kesadaran terhadap AI, persepsi terhadap AI, dan motivasi belajar terhadap praktik pembelajaran inovatif yang dilakukan guru. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui desain survei eksplanatori. Sebanyak 501 guru yang berasal dari Kota Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur, dan Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat dilibatkan sebagai responden dengan menerapkan teknik sampling jenuh (total sampling). Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert lima tingkat yang telah dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Data selanjutnya dianalisis melalui regresi linear berganda menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 26 setelah memenuhi seluruh prasyarat analisis, meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan linearitas. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa kesadaran terhadap AI, persepsi terhadap AI, serta motivasi belajar masing-masing memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap praktik pembelajaran inovatif guru. Pengujian secara simultan juga menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut berkontribusi secara signifikan, dengan motivasi belajar muncul sebagai faktor yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keberhasilan guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran inovatif pada era AI tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan memanfaatkan teknologi, tetapi juga oleh tingkat kesadaran terhadap pemanfaatan AI, persepsi yang positif mengenai teknologi tersebut, serta dorongan untuk terus belajar dan meningkatkan kompetensi profesional. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan profesional guru perlu dirancang secara lebih komprehensif melalui penguatan literasi AI, pembentukan persepsi yang positif dan konstruktif terhadap teknologi, serta pengembangan budaya belajar sepanjang hayat sebagai fondasi transformasi pembelajaran di era digital.
