Kualitas Fasilitas Pembelajaran dalam Pendidikan Tata Boga: Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis tentang Hubungannya dengan Pencapaian Kompetensi

Abstract

Pendidikan tata boga sebagai bagian dari pendidikan vokasi menekankan pentingnya penguasaan keterampilan praktis yang didukung oleh ketersediaan fasilitas pembelajaran yang memadai. Akan tetapi, masih terdapat kesenjangan antara kondisi fasilitas yang tersedia dengan standar industri, yang berpotensi memengaruhi pencapaian kompetensi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas fasilitas pembelajaran dan pencapaian kompetensi dalam pendidikan tata boga. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengkaji 5 artikel ilmiah dari berbagai basis data dalam rentang sepuluh tahun terakhir melalui proses seleksi, ekstraksi data, dan analisis tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas fasilitas pembelajaran, terutama fasilitas praktik seperti laboratorium dan peralatan yang sesuai dengan standar industri, memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi teknis, ketepatan prosedur kerja, serta penerapan standar higiene dan sanitasi. Pemanfaatan fasilitas dalam pembelajaran berbasis praktik juga berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan soft skills serta kesiapan kerja lulusan. Karena itu, fasilitas pembelajaran dapat dipandang sebagai faktor strategis dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan vokasi di bidang tata boga. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menguji hubungan tersebut secara lebih komprehensif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model struktural seperti Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) atau desain longitudinal, serta mengeksplorasi peran variabel mediasi seperti desain pembelajaran, intensitas praktik, dan kompetensi instruktur, agar diperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai dampak jangka panjang fasilitas pembelajaran terhadap kompetensi dan kesiapan kerja lulusan.
