Abstract

Pesantren, atau sekolah berasrama Islam, memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter siswa, termasuk pengembangan perilaku pro-lingkungan yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam dan disiplin komunal. Namun, studi-studi sebelumnya tentang pesantren ramah lingkungan, program pesantren hijau, pendidikan lingkungan, dan nilai-nilai ekologi Islam masih terfragmentasi dan belum cukup menjelaskan bagaimana pengelolaan pesantren berfungsi sebagai mekanisme kelembagaan untuk memperkuat perilaku ekologis siswa. Studi ini bertujuan untuk secara sistematis meninjau dan mensintesis penelitian sebelumnya tentang pengelolaan pesantren dalam memperkuat perilaku pro-lingkungan siswa. Tinjauan Pustaka Sistematis dilakukan dengan mengikuti kerangka kerja PRISMA 2020. Artikel-artikel relevan yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019 dan 2026 diidentifikasi melalui Scopus, Google Scholar, DOAJ, Garuda, jurnal terindeks SINTA, dan Crossref menggunakan kata kunci yang terkait dengan pesantren ramah lingkungan, pengelolaan pesantren, pendidikan lingkungan, dan perilaku pro-lingkungan. Setelah penyaringan dan penilaian kelayakan, 12 artikel dimasukkan dalam sintesis akhir dan dianalisis menggunakan sintesis tematik. Temuan mengungkapkan lima tema utama: strategi pengelolaan pesantren ramah lingkungan, kepemimpinan kyai dan budaya institusional, internalisasi nilai-nilai lingkungan Islam, literasi lingkungan dan pembiasaan perilaku, serta tantangan implementasi. Tinjauan ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku pro-lingkungan siswa diperkuat ketika program lingkungan secara sistematis diintegrasikan dalam proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, implementasi, pengawasan, dan evaluasi. Studi ini menyiratkan bahwa pesantren perlu melembagakan pengelolaan pesantren ramah lingkungan melalui kebijakan yang jelas, komitmen kepemimpinan, fasilitas yang memadai, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk mendukung pendidikan Islam yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan.
