Efektivitas Model Edukasi Anti Perundungan Berbasis Permainan Tradisional terhadap Penguatan Karakter Siswa

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas Model Edukasi Anti Perundungan Berbasis Permainan Tradisional terhadap penguatan karakter siswa SMPN 16 Langgudu Satap. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperiment desain One Group Pretest-Posttest dengan sampel 30 siswa kelas VIII. Instrumen penelitian melalui angket karakter meliputi kerjasama, komunikasi positif, dan partisipasi kelompok menggunakan skala Likert lima poin dan lembar observasi lapangan, dengan prosedur mencakup tahap pretest, tahap intervensi modifikasi permainan tradisional (Tapa Gala, Mpa’a Gopa, Bakia), dan tahap posttest. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk, Paired Samples T-Test, dan Effect Size (Cohen’s d) seluruh analisis pada signifikan (p < 0,05) menggunakan software SPSS 25. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan intervensi berhasil meningkatkan skor rata-rata total karakter sebesar 16,50 poin, dari 62,40 (SD = 6,85) menjadi 78,90 (SD = 5,92). Hasil uji Paired Samples T-Test membuktikan adanya perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan (t = -9,842; Sig. = 0,000; p < 0,05), yang diperkuat oleh nilai Cohen's d sebesar 1,79 (Kategori Besar). Keberhasilan ini dikonfirmasi oleh data observasi lapangan; skor Kerja Sama meningkat (60 ke 88), Komunikasi Positif (55 ke 90), dan Partisipasi Kelompok (62 ke 92), sementara Ejekan Verbal menurun (70 ke 20) serta Pengucilan Teman (65 ke 10). Kesimpulannya, modifikasi permainan tradisional Mbojo sangat efektif memperkuat karakter sekaligus mereduksi perundungan siswa. Penelitian ini berkontribusi menyediakan model pembelajaran inovatif berbasis kearifan lokal yang aplikatif bagi guru PJOK untuk menciptakan iklim sekolah yang aman, inklusif, dan bebas perundungan.
